VisitAbility Reporting

Vicinity can track opted-in-but-anonymous users whenever they engage with our network (regardless of whether we’re delivering an ad or not).

Using this data, we can share incredible insights, like how many people visit your store after being exposed to an ad (Visits), how many people visit your store after clicking on an ad (Visit Rate), and how many times people need to see an ad before they’re motivated to visit a store (Impressions Per Visit).

VisitAbility uses proprietary virtual-beacon and geofencing technology to ensure we deliver digital impressions and clicks. And then real-world customers!

A Campaign Geofence is a virtual border around a larger defined catchment area in which your physical store is situated that connects with users in the same area as your store. A Visit Geofence is a smaller virtual border around your physical store location that narrowly targets users who enter the store. Every user who engages with Vicinity Media’s network within a Campaign or Visit Geofence is tracked and reported on.
